How far in advance should I book my event?
We recommend booking at least 3–6 months in advance, especially for weddings and large celebrations. This ensures we secure your date and have enough time to customize your décor. For smaller events, we may be able to accommodate shorter timelines depending on availability.
How do I book your services?
To secure your event date, we require a signed contract and a non-refundable deposit. The remaining balance is due 7days before your event. Once booked, we’ll schedule a consultation to discuss design details.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Zelle & major credit/debit cards
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A non-refundable deposit of 50% flat amount is required to reserve your date.
What is your cancellation policy?
Deposits are non-refundable, but if you need to cancel, we will work with you to reschedule your event within 12 months based on availability.
Can you work with my venue’s restrictions?
Yes. We coordinate with your venue to ensure all décor follows their rules regarding setup, tear-down, candles, or hanging décor.
How far do you travel for events?
We mainly decorate events in Plainfield, IL and the surrounding Chicagoland suburbs. Travel outside this area is considered based on event size, budget, and scheduling.
Can you match my event colors or theme?
Definitely. We specialize in creating designs that reflect your vision, whether it’s a bold theme or a subtle, elegant palette.
Do I have to get one of your packages?
No. Our packages are designed for convenience, but we also create fully customized décor tailored to your event style and budget. Just share your inspiration, and we’ll send you a personalized quote.
I don’t know what decorations I want — can you help me decide?
Of course! We’ll guide you through the design process with layouts, mockups, and creative suggestions that bring your vision to life.
Do you offer home event setup?
Yes! We love transforming homes for birthdays, showers, anniversaries, and intimate gatherings. We’ll design, set up, and take down everything so you can simply enjoy your celebration.
